Why can't I submit a form?
Use the steps in this article to troubleshoot issues you encounter when trying to submit a form.
If you're trying to submit a form in Weever and you see an error, please try the following:
STEP 1
Make sure you have a secure internet connection since it is necessary to submit a form in Weever. If you do not have a strong enough connection, move to a location where the wifi signal is stronger, then submit your form.
STEP 2
Try logging out of Weever, clearing your cache, then logging back in.
STEP 3
Try using Weever on a different device.
STEP 4
Talk to your Weever administrator about your account.
