See a full report of completed inspections in Scheduled Maintenance
It's easy to get the data you want on completed inspections in Inspections Manager. Here is an overview of some features you can use to get valuable historical data from your inspections.
Completed Date
The date an inspection was completed is recorded in the Completed column in Scheduled Maintenance.
Flexible historical reporting
Get the report you need with the due or completed date dropdown in Scheduled Maintenance. This dropdown lets you choose if the date pickers filter your inspections by due date, completed date, or both.
Filter by due date if you want a report of the inspections that were due within the date picker window.
Filter by completed date if you want a report of the inspections that were completed within the date picker window.
Filter by due date OR completed date if you want a report of the inspections that were due within the date picker window as well as the inspections that were completed within the date picker window.
Completed On Time KPI
Now you can see how many inspections were completed on time within the date picker window as well as the percentage.
