Create the perfect table for your shift so you always see the key data at a glance
Provide operators with important datapoints from your submissions with Weever Dashboard's tab option. These tabs are completely customizable and pull data from important fields in your form and show them in a table so operators can see them at a glance.
Building your custom tab is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
STEP 1 - Create a new tab
Navigate to Weever Dashboard and enable edit more by tapping the gear icon:
Next tap the "New Tab" button:
STEP 2 - Configure the tab columns
Configure the tab by adding a title and choosing the form you want included. Next add the columns you want to include and the fields in the form you want to populate the columns. Add new columns by tapping the "Add another column" button:
Remove columns by tapping the "Remove column" button
Adding a colored status indicator
If you include a Number or Calculation Result field in the tab, you can optionally add a colored callout to the tab as well. To enable this, tap the "Use this form field to show a colored status indicator" option and configure the color criteria.
Showing only the most recent submission
You can optionally choose to only show the most recent submission for a certain datapoint (ie. in the Shift Risk Rating screenshot above that data point is "Line"). This allows you to only show the most recent submission data in the table. A great example of this is a shift risk rating where you only want to see the most recent submission for each line.
STEP 3 - Edit, delete, or move tabs
- Tap this button to edit the tab
- Tab this button to delete a tab
- Tap these buttons to move a tab
