Why didn't I receive an email I was expecting?
You expected to see an email from Weever but don't see it in your inbox. Use this article to troubleshoot why you don't see the email.
If you did not receive an email you were expecting, please check the following:
STEP 1
Check your junk mail or spam folder.
** It is very likely the email you're expecting is in your junk mail. All emails either come from noreply@mail.weeverapps.com or notifications@mail.weeverapps.com
STEP 2
Ensure you are still a recipient of this email by checking the applicable form settings or field settings in Form Builder. If you don't have access to Form Builder, please talk to your supervisor or administrator so they can check for you.
