My “Not Required” tasks disappeared. What happened?

To reveal “Not Required” tasks, go to the “Actions” dropdown and select the “Show tasks that are not required.” option. 

I set a task as “Not Required” and it disappeared. What happened?

Live Processes can be set up to hide “Not Required” tasks automatically. 

If you want to see “Not Required” tasks, simply go to the “Actions” dropdown in the Live Process and select the “Show tasks that are not required.” option.


Background

When building a Process Template, administrators can select to show or hide “Not Required” tasks. To do this, go to Process Builder and select a process. Then click on Setting. 

User’s can also select this as an option in the “Actions” dropdown of a given Live Process. Go to the “Actions” dropdown and select the “Show tasks that are not required.” option.
