What happens when a task is marked as a “Critical Issue”?

When a task is marked with the status of “Critical Issue”, it creates an alert in the “Process Alerts” section.

The Critical Issues System is used to draw attention to a task-related issue so that supervisors can help correct and create a plan to prevent the issue moving forward.

If a frontline staff member runs into a critical issue that is blocking them from completing a task, they can simply mark the task as “Critical Issue”, which will create an alert in the “Process Alerts” section within Weever Process.

It is advised that a supervisor is monitoring this section when processes are live at your facility.

To mark a task as critical, simply use the status dropdown menu and select “Critical Issue”.

Frontline staff can then use the Comments section to provide details about the issue.

The supervisor can also provide comments to communicate to the frontline staff how to correct the issue or other information. The task can also be assigned to a user with a due date and a priority.

Supervisor can also create additional action items and tasks should that be required.

And that’s it! Now you understand how to use the Critical Issue system.
