Connect to your Weever Forms and Weever Inspections data through our OData connection to make real time reports.
In Power BI desktop, follow these steps to connect your Weever data to Power BI and make reports.
Step 1 - Add your OData URL
If you want to connect to your Weever Forms Data:
Tap "Integrations" from the menu in Weever and then tap the "Copy oData Feed URL to clipboard" button.
This URL will connect you to these tables:
Form Submission Tables | "User" Table | "DatabaseItem" Table |
Tables include: all fields in the form |
Table includes: all users in User Management in Weever Forms Columns included: ▪️Id |
Table includes: all items in Weever Database Manager Columns included: ▪️DatabaseId |
If you want to connect to your Weever Inspections data:
Copy this URL to your clipboard:

This URL will connect you to these tables:
"ScheduledInspections" Table | "Schedules" Table |

In Power BI desktop, tap "Get Data", then "OData Feed", then paste the OData URL in the OData field, and tap "OK".
Step 2 - Add your company credentials
Tap "Organizational account" then tap the "Sign In" button. You will then be prompted to add your company email and password. Add that and then tap "Connect".
Step 3 - Choose the tables to pull into your report
Each form will be in it's own table in this list. Tap the checkbox beside the form(s)/tables you want to load into Power BI and tap "Load".
And that's it!
Now you can make timely reports with a live connection to your Weever data.
