The Info Box field is used to add any text, links, photos, or videos to your form.
Provide real-time and on-demand instructions to your frontline staff using Info Boxes. Keep it simple with text and photos. Or you can take videos using your phone and add them anywhere in the form as a quick reference.

Show the Info Boxes in "View" and PDF Reports
- You can chose if you would like to show or hide the Info Box content from different parts of your Weever app
- By selecting "Show this content in View pop-ups", the Info Box will be displayed in the form when you select the "View" option in the In Progress section
- By selecting "Include this content in PDF reports", the Info Box content will be displayed in submissions that are exported as a PDF by clicking "Download a PDF" in the above "View" section.
Add Conditional Logic
- Using conditional logic to hide and reveal instructions ensures the content is available for those who need it but it is also hidden for those who do not, so it does not clutter the form.
- Learn how to do this here: https://support.weeverapps.com/conditional-logic
And that's it!
Now you know how to use the Info Box field.
